At Paragon Fitwear, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive back at our facility in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
